Pizza Productions Systems

Raque Food Systems has long served the pizza market with machines capable of handling every aspect of pizza production. Ranging from individual fresh, frozen, French bread, and bagel machines all the way up to complete turn-key lines, Raque Food Systems can handle every stage of production including:
  • Receiving random shells and orienting them.
  • Depositing sauces onto the conveyed shells in either a border-free or waterfall application.
  • Depositing cheeses, meats, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, and any other chopped or shredded product in border-free or waterfall applications.
  • Collating and positioning shells for delivery to third party machinery.

WaterFall

As the name implies, a layer of sauce or toppings is allowed to cascade over the entire width of the pizza shell as it passes below the dispensing point. The entire top surface of the pizza shell, French bread halves, or sliced bagel is covered by a consistently even amount of product.

The Waterfall Sauce Unit dispenses pizza sauce by using a rotating drum to meter out a thin layer over the pizza shell. Similarly, the Waterfall Topping Unit evenly distributes the food products over the entire pizza shell; multiple Topping Units can be used in series to deposit each of the different ingredients.

Border Free

These systems produce “finger friendly” pizzas that do not have toppings on the outside edge of the pizza. The various techniques available from Raque Food Systems prevent sauce or toppings from reaching the edge of the pizza shell while maintaining an even distribution of product.

Our Piston Fillers can be supplied with specialized dispensing valves for applying sauce evenly, leaving the shell’s edge clean. Our Topping Units can incorporate targeting funnels that place the toppings onto the areas of the pizza desired.
