Robotic Pick and Place
The Robotic Pick and Place system utilizes an intelligent feed system to provide the robot clear targets to pick from. Product is gently fed to the robot in a dispersed fashion so that the vision system may distinguish individual pieces. The system can then recognize a shape, pick it up, and then place it into a container with a preferred orientation. Thus, the robot is improved by being integrated into the Raque Food Systems Pick and Place machine.

Operator Interface Terminal
Using the latest advances in technology, the robotic system incorporates an Operator Interface Terminal (or touchscreen) into the control system.

Touchscreens provide:

  • password-protected levels of security.
  • ability to adjust system features.
  • help information.
  • real-time troubleshooting data
Sanitary Construction
Designed to be clean, rugged, and easy to maintain, the machine can place complex and difficult to handle product at speeds of 150 containers per minute per lane. System Integration
The Robotic Pick and Place with Product Feed system can integrate into an existing line or serve as the integral control component to a new production line.  Features can be added to the machine that extend mechanical power and communication signals to remote areas.  By extending mechanical power and sharing line information with other machinery, Raque Food Systems can effectively integrate line management to make your production runs a smooth and efficient process.
