Model TU Pizza
Topping Depositor
Topping depositor designed for your application or adapted to existing production lines.  The system will deposit grated or shredded cheeses, ground sausage or beef, sliced mushrooms, chopped peppers, onions, and other diced products.  Excess product can be recycled automatically with an optional return system.

Border Free Pizza
Topping Unit

The Topping Depositor can be configured with traveling funnels for depositing border free ingredients so that the pizza may have a "hand made" appearance.  Units can handle up to four lanes of pizza production.  Unique designs are possible, such as half shell coverage or quarter shell coverage.

Automatic Product Loading
The system can be supplied and programmed so that a consistent product level may be maintained.  By combining integrated weigh cells with the return conveying system an onboard Programmable Logic Controller can keep the hopper supplied evenly, thus, allowing for better product weight control.


Return Conveyor
System

The return conveyor circulates material from the product drop zone back to the main hopper.  The system may be configured with a variable speed feature to spread product across the hopper belt for better weight control.  Additional product may be ergonomically added by means of the return conveying system.

Entire pizza systems can be supplied with:

  • Infeed Indexers from the customer’s bakery to automatically transfer shells onto a sauce conveyor.
  • Converging or Diverging Conveyors can be supplied for freezer infeeds and freezer discharges.
  • Automatic Shell Dispensers.
  • Dry Spice Dispensers.
  • Water Spray Conveyors.
  • Handwork Conveyors.
