Blender Hopper
Used with products that require particulate suspension, a Blender Hopper Piston Filler ensures a proper solids-to-fluid ratio.   The blender on the machine is driven by a variable speed motor and can handle a variety of product densities.   Motor speed can be adjusted directly from the OIT (touchscreen).
Dispensing Valves
The RFS Piston Filler may be fitted with any of a series of dispensing valves.   The standard valve is a piston style, positive cutoff, non-drip valve available in sizes from ½” to 3" in diameter.   Special valves, including cone valves, rectangular valves, rosette-head valves, and spreader valves are interchangeable with the standard valves.

Raque Food Systems’ Fillers are main stays of food-production facilities across the United States and are rapidly becoming a leader in overseas’ markets.   Manufactured completely from high-quality, food-grade materials, all Raque machines are built to the highest of standards and can be CE marked for conformance to all E.U. Directives.   Recognizing the needs of our customers, all fillers can be completely cleaned without the use of tools and then reassembled to the same volumetric setting without further adjustment.

Traveling Carriage
The piston filler can be fitted with a traveling carriage designed to move the dispensing valves in time with the containers.   The traveling carriage allows adjustment of the dispensing valve’s fill position with a simple turn of a knob.   Further, the adjustment is made while the carriage is in motion.   This on-the-move adjustment extends fill time, allowing accurate, splash-free fills at speeds to 72 fills per minute (per valve).   The traveling carriage is available in several varieties.
