Shell Stacker
Recognizing the needs of our customers, Raque can and will go completely back to the drawing board to make machines that not only perform to your expectations but will fall within your operational timetable.   The Shell Stacker is a custom-designed piece of equipment.   Capable of stacking shells in groups between 3 and 12, the shell stacker has a maximum sustained throughput of 120 pie shells per minute.

Random Indexer
The RFS Shell Stacker incorporates a random indexer into the infeed of the machine.   A random indexer allows a machine to receive shells, containers, or in this case pies in any order without problems.   Random indexers are essential to the operation of high speed, high reliably lines.

Operator Interface Terminal
Using the latest technology, the Shell Stacker incorporates an Operator Interface Terminal (or touchscreen) into the control system.   The touchscreen provides several levels of security to the user and enables touchable features from setup to operation and help information to real-time troubleshooting data.
