Intermittent Motion Heat Seal and Crimping System
The system conserves valuable plant space by allowing both film sealing and board-lid crimping on a single line.   By minimizing setup and change over times, the Intermittent Motion Heat Seal and Crimping System provides manufacturers the flexibility to rapidly react to marketplace demand.
Sanitary Construction
Heat seal machines built by Raque Food Systems are constructed entirely of high-quality, food grade materials.   The machine, and all machines built by Raque Food Systems, can be CE Marked for conformance with E.U. Directives mandated by the European Commission and the European Free Trade Association.
Systems Integration
The color Operator Interface Terminal (touchscreen) allows users, through a series of password protected security levels, to access screens required for operation, setup, and maintenance.   Utilizing the touchscreen, powerful line management and troubleshooting features can be accessed directly from a central terminal.   The hardwired stop circuit, with an operator-control panel reset, is monitored by the PLC ensuring full compliance to applicable safety standards.
